How much does email redaction software cost?
Free for one document up to 500 MB. Professional is £25 a month for documents up to 3 GB each, with clean exports and live collaboration. Teams is £25 per licence per month, on one bill for the whole organisation.
Is there a free plan for redacting a SAR?
Yes — one project and one document, with auto-redaction, duplicate detection and every redaction tool. Exports carry a watermark until you upgrade.
Can schools and councils pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Teams plans can be paid by card or by invoice with a purchase order number, on 30-day terms. One bill covers every licence, and you assign licences to named colleagues yourself.
